Despite having a nearly foot-long knife lodged in his cranium, a Brazilian man managed to drive himself 60 miles to the nearest hospital, according to a UPI report.


Juacela Nunes had reportedly gotten into a bit of a back and forth with another man in a club in the city of Agua Branca.


The man, no doubt well acquainted with Nunes' awesomeness, called for back-up in the form of three friends.


The group next attacked the 30-year-old, stabbing him in the throat, shoulder and chest, before finally lodging the 11-inch blade right into his skull.


Pretty much brushing the injury off, the married man refused to call it quits and drove for two hours to the nearest hospital.


Nunes not only survived the attack, but also secured his spot near the top of the list of 2014's biggest badasses.
