Cheating wife’s stepson attacks her lover with knife for making the moves on his mama

In Yilan, a province to the northeast of Taiwan’s capital, a 19 year old man was sentenced to two and a half years in jail for almost stabbing a man to death.
The 19 year old, identified by his last name Chen, explained that he’d heard noises coming from beneath his window late one night and he heard his stepmother’s voice. His father and his stepmother had been married for 17 years and the woman had raised him like her own son.
Chen rushed outside and saw his stepmother wearing a lace teddy and kissing a man who was not his father, in fact, the man was the stepmother’s internet lover.
Enraged Chen grabbed a stick and attacked the man, striking him several times before seizing a knife from the kitchen and pursuing the man to the front gate. Chen stabbed the man multiple times in the face, neck, chest, torso and in all four limbs, well, the man didn’t die from Chen’s lack of trying.
The man was finally able to escape when Chen’s own father heard the ruckus and stopped his son from murdering the man.
The stepmother’s lover said that he was only there to talk to the woman and he’d slipped, which was how his hand happened to be on her breast when the 19 year old saw them together. However, that doesn’t explain why they were meeting in the middle of the night and why she was dressed in a lacey piece of lingerie.
