Adam Greenwood, age 16, was traveling on Virgin Trains to Glasgow, Scotland when he felt the call of nature.

After finding an unoccupied bathroom on the train Adam finished his business and then realized to his horror there was no toilet paper.

So Adam took to Twitter and posted a message for help, and “@ mentioned” Virgin Trains.

Two minutes later a Virgin Trains staff member asked Adam which carriage he was in and help was on its way.

Shortly, an employee in a suit knocked on the door and presented a fresh roll of TP to the trapped teen.
