This man, identified by his last name Zhao, got drunk over the long holiday and while staggering home he found a screwdriver on the ground.

Zhao pocketed the screwdriver, then he came upon a temple, so he used screwdriver A to break into temple B. Zhao spent some time poking around inside the temple and found a small donation bag with USD $12 inside. He pocketed the bit of money and continued to rummage through the temple to see if there was anything else he could steal.

Sadly, his exertions must’ve tired him out and he fell asleep on one of the benches.

The morning keeper for the temple arrived and discovered that the locks on the front door had been broken and reported it to police. When police arrived Zhao actually confessed to the breaking, entering, and burglary.

Couldn’t he have just said he was looking for a place to crash? Then again, he doesn’t seem like the brightest bulb in the temple.
