Chinese tourist have made a lot of headlines lately for being some of the best tourists in the world, especially when it comes to opening plane doors and sh*#!ing out in the open.

China now says it will try to convince its richest citizens to stop acting like douchebags while abroad by requiring authorities back home to keep records of Chinese doing anything illegal or inappropriate in other countries.

Officials will get a hold of tourists when they return home and work with them on correcting their behavior. China also said police, customs officers, border control and even credit agencies should be contacted if necessary.

Higher incomes have allowed millions of Chinese to bless the world with their amazing behaviour. Will China's announcement actually do anything to curb tourist behaviour?
