A product currently offered by Hammacher Schlemmer moves like a skateboard but looks very different because there's no board. 

The two-piece design is outfitted with a set of rubber wheels that measure about 10 inches in diameter each. Each wheel has a foot platform inside.

Hammacher Schlemmer notes, "Riders simply place their feet on the two platforms and lean side-to-side to rotate the rubber wheels around the feet, propelling riders forward in a serpentine motion similar to longboard skateboarding."
