After a setback kept Kevin Durant out of practice on Thursday, Oklahoma City general manager Sam Presti announced that the reigning NBA MVP has been “removed from basketball activities.” Durant’s been dealing with pain ever since a screw was inserted in his foot to repair a Jones fracture back in October.
