Fishermen in the Gaza Strip accuse Israeli forces of renewed violations of last August's cease-fire. They say that for the second straight day Israeli naval forces opened fire on the fishermen in northern Gaza, while Israeli bulldozers entered the beleaguered Palestinian enclave east of Rafah.
