A high school teacher in Florida has been accused of directing derogatory comments at one of her students. Maria Valdes, who teaches French, has since received a five-day unpaid suspension. 


Last month, the 14-year-old walked into his class after gym and he was wearing a hoodie. That's when the woman allegedly made a comment that led to her being suspended.
