Hello, I'm Kim Bo-gyung with the weather outlook.
Hope you spent some time outdoors this afternoon. The daytime high here in Seoul jumped to 16 degrees,... some cities down south peaked above 20 degrees.
As the evening progresses, the mercury will drop to the low single digits.
Currently, we're seeing clear skies. But yellow-dust is back, and Seoul is getting 174 micrograms per cubic meter, which is about 3 to 4 times the normal levels.
Tomorrow will be another warm day. Rain clouds will gradually move in, first over the southern regions.
Showers should continue through Thursday, raising humidity levels.
After the rain... conditions will stay above seasonal norms, so spring flowers should bloom earlier than expected.
On to the readings. Seoul reaches 18. Daegu and Gwangju 23.
Meanwhile, Jeju hits 18. Dokdo 13. Mt. Kumgang 8.
Those are the updates we're following on this Monday evening.
