-   In a speech he made in a meeting with religious minority leaders, Prime Minister Davutoğlu said “Everyone should get out of their neighborhood and embrace the neighborhood on the side.” Then he added to his words, “Greeting is peace in every language. Whether you say Shalom or Salaam. Just because peace does not exist in the streets of the Middle East doesn’t mean it will not exist on the streets of Istanbul. It will prevail on our streets because there is no segregation in our culture. ”
