In early March, an international advisory forum met in Vienna to discuss the future of Ukraine. International politicians were also in attendance. The meeting was financed by Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Firtash. Critics say that Firtash and other Ukrainian oligarchs may wield undue influence over the work of the advisors.
