A classic Molten chocolate lava cake made with a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 140g Dark chocolate
- 100g Butter
- 100g Icing sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 1tbsp vanilla essence
- ¼ tsp salt
- 35g flour
Method
- Pre heat the oven at 180 to 200 degrees.
- In a bowl add chocolate and butter. Melt it in oven or using the double boiler method.
- In another bowl take sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and salt. Whisk it well.
- Mix together the chocolate mixture with eggs mixture. Mix well
- Add flour & Mix well
- keep it in the fridge for 11-12 minutes to chill
- Pour the batter in greased ramekins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or fruits.
