Dholakia said that they had wanted to make a film on prohibition and since Gujarat is the only state that has prohibition, they decided to set the story there. So does whole of Gujarat actually not drink? We will come to know in the movie. Gujarat would be filled with some King Khan days kya? No, apparently. It would create a hungamma so the shooting is elsewhere.
