Luigi Nicolini challenge himself and performs in a beautiful, phenomenal and pyrotechnics running with two pianos on the melody of the famous song "A Lover Concerto" written by American songwriters Sandy Linzer and Denny Randell . Linzer and Randell based the melody on the familiar "Minuet in G major" (BWV Anh. 114) from J.S. Bach's Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach. "A Lover's Concerto" was used in the 1995 film Mr. Holland's Opus, in which the title character builds a lesson around comparing it with the original minuet, in order to help his students gain an appreciation of classical music.
Pianist and Arranger: Maestro Luigi Nicolini.
The execution is taken from the Italian program presented by Paolo Limiti on RAI1 “Ci vediamo in TV/See you on TV."
