An unexpected, late season spring storm cycle just dumped powder on the Colorado high country. Gareth Van Dyk could only do one thing: haul the powder surfboard back out of the closet. Here's one last solo surf session in the Enchanted Forest zone near Gareth's home town of Crested Butte. These are his last turns in deep powder without bindings until next winter and he enjoyed every moment of this special day.
