Ahmedabad: A senior citizen couple is struggling to get the 'Certificate of Physically Handicapped' which shows how hard it is to get government documents? In order to get the disability certificate, Savitaben and Gordhanbhai have left no stone unturned but the authorities of LG hospital in the city haven't given them certificate due to which they are refrained from AMTS, BRTS and other benefits to satisfy their needs of daily mobility. The administration in the hospital is shambolic, disgraceful and chaotic.
