This week we setting our sights on one of most potent muscle cars on sale today, the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. While it boasts plenty of performance right off the showroom floor, once the engineers at Lingenfelter got their hands on this blown drop-top, things get especially interesting.

Externally, aside from the windshield banner, there isn't much that hints that this is anything more than a garden-variety Camaro ZL1. While the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 boasts 580 horsepower in stock form - certainly nothing to scoff at - with the aid of Lingenfelter CNC ZL1 LSA cylinder heads, a Lingenfelter GT9 camshaft, 63 lbs/hour fuel injectors and a few supercharger tweaks, output now stands at well over 700hp and 685lb-ft of torque.
