Rajkot: A software engineer Ravi Shah from Surendranagar has claimed that the website of BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) lacks privacy. Further, the detailed information such as time duration of call, land-line number, bill, address of the account holder and back details could easily be fetched from the website by any layman. The BSNL authorities have denied to speak anything before camera.
