Now we all know that India's well-paid and most successful music artist, Yo Yo Honey Singh isn't exactly politically correct with his lyrics, right?
Well, he got into a major trouble couple of years ago in aftermath of the Delhi gang rape-murder, when his openly misogynistic numbers, some of which seem to do everything short of actually encouraging rape, came to fore.
At least that's what Rene Sharanya Verma, St Stephen's College student settled on, unleashing a tour-de-force tirade against the rapper boy as a part of Delhi Poetry Slam.
She took on his catchy tunes with some rap of her own, using his own lyrics to assert what she isn't: I am not blue eyes, hypnotize. And dear Honey Singh, if you feed my dog a nashe-wali biskoot, I will cut you up. That’s what she said!
