For Tip No. 3, we will talk about noise and signals. There is always a significant activity taking place both globally, regionally, and certainly in the destinations and locations of travel. However, much of it, is simply noise, particularly as it relates to the travellers, to the active travel, and certainly to the contextual elements as it relates to any organization and their travel processes. It means that you need to separate those signals, events, data points, and terms of reference as they relate to you and the organization.
Much of the information available is simply non-contextual or background information. Too much information contained in advisories, education updates and alerts will diminish the effectiveness of the target in awareness and education program.
