The Tadoba National Park together with the Andhari Wildlife Sanctuary forms the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve. Located in Maharashtra, this park is notable as the state’s oldest and largest. With a total area of 625.4 sq kilometers, various protected species of Flora and Fauna thrive in the deciduous forests of the reserve. Although the majestic Bengal Tiger is the main attraction, assorted endangered animals roam the forest. They include Leopard, Sloth Bear, Striped Hyena, Barking Deer, Jungle Cats, Sambhar, Chital, etc.
