One of our categories for our US4US MEDIA AWARDS 2014 was SCANDAL OF THE YEAR and it got nipped in the bud because of the idea that the nominations like the JAMSHED JAMSHAID controversy, or the MEERA SEX TAPE SCANDAL would breed a very polarizing discussion. Since our aim is to honor entertainment industry, we felt the category has to go. We came up with TRENDS OF THE YEAR 2014 spontaneously and here is the resulting discussion that was taped by our director USMAN SHAUKAT....the discussion is healthy, hearty and touches on some phenomena that are not easily talked about, but are there...plastic surgery, Bollywood mania, return of cinema and some very psychosexual themes in our dramas become fodder for our spontaneous stream of thought...enjoy.
