This is the second time we have ordered from BlindsOnline.com and couldn't be more pleased with Mike's customer service. We just received our vertical blinds in the Beringer fabric (natural grasses) for our sliding glass doors at our lake home...they fit PERFECT and best of all, they are silent...no "clacking" like the plastic vertical blinds! I was somewhat skeptical about the fabric louvers. Each louver is weighted and connected with the small ball chains at the bottom so when opening and closing there is minimal movement with no noise.
