Ahmedabad: After the strict action against builders HN Safal and Goyal & Company whose negligence killed 8-year-old boy Dhruv Raja under truck in Orchid Elegance, responded to the summons issued by city police. Police has started fast-track probe due to which Dhruv's father is optimistic.
