The United States easing of some travel and financial restrictions against Cuba got into effect today. Some of the changes mean that Americans will be able to legally travel to Cuba, as well as use their credit and debit cards on the island and be allowed to bring back up to $400 worth of goods, including $100 in alcohol and tobacco products. teleSUR
