The Foreign Minister of Ecuador, Ricardo Patiño, confirmed that China and Ecuador have become strategic partners after the visit of President Rafael Correa to the Asian country. China recently granted 5 credit lines to Ecuador, which will be used for projects of mobility, Millennium Schools and infrastructure. teleSUR
