"In terms of concrete actions, when a young developer has a project, they come to INIE who will help draw up their business plan, so they do not have to do it alone. INIE works alongside them with this plan and deems whether it is feasible or not. Following this, INIE can assist in researching financing by presenting these plans either to buyers, micro-financial institutions or banks interested in this kind of project", says Yves Yakayoro.
