This is really a hybrid Southern Rock - Grunge track. (WTF?) You can play A Minor Pentatonic throughout and be safe, but try also D Mixolydian in the verse (00:03 - 00:52 for example). It has a one note difference from A Minor, and the tonal center is D, which is strictly speaking the correct center for the verse. The new note is F#, and it - along with C - imparts a distinctively swampy Southern Rock feel.

*Don't know D Mixolydian? Just play E Minor scale shapes and stress the D as your tonal center.
