1949 Buick Woodie This is the complete package, with all parts and pieces, nuts & bolts bagged and labeled upon disassembly. All replacement parts purchased were NOS when available. Some new trim pieces/emblems. Radio and all gauges were all working when dis-assembly started. The clock has been cleaned of the original lubricant, (whale oil), re-lubed, and keeps time. Also includes both original Chassis Parts List, and Body Parts List Manuals



Current Condition: Partially restored, (as in Feature Photo).

Only 1820 manufactured, currently only 18 listed with the National Woodie Club. This year/model is becoming very rare.

Engine - Original Straight 8, (248 cu. in./120 bhp), ran prior to tear-down. Removed and completely gone through. New timing chain, plugs, plug wires, rotor, distributor cap. All new gaskets, all torqued to factory spec's. The engine block is painted the original stock color
