1968 Mercury Cougar XR7 w/99.900 miles. Motor has been refreshed with a new intake manifold, carburetor, camshaft, and gaskets all around. 3 speed automatic transmission shifts great and has no slipping. Rear end has been rebuilt with all new bearings, axles, wheel studs, gears, and fresh fluid. Paint looks amazing for its age and is the original color. All original red vinyl interior looks amazing as well. Under-carrage was coated so no rust to worry about. Also the car has an updated stereo system with a new head unit and speakers. No power steering or power brakes. Car does have a/c hookups but need the compressor, condenser and lines.
he motor is a 302 ci block stroked out to a 309. Has an aftermarket camshaft, intake, carburetor, ignition box, distributor and much more. Freshly built rear end and great tires all around. Paint is original and has held up great, some touch ups have been done but it looks amazing in person.
