Our two nights started with a warm welcome from the staff and a very nice lunch in the pub. Nice menu with really good food - all meals were very good from breakfast (very good traditional plus options) through dinner. The pub has a nice selection of beers and a huge selection of liquors. It seemed as if tourists are not the only ones that like the place. There were busy times full of locals. The rooms were clean and well outfitted. The bathroom was small as some have written, but totally fine, clean and modern. The views were great and it is a nice walk to the castle or town.
