I just finished close to three months of physical therapy with Jeff. When I hobbled in I was afraid I was looking at some knee surgery but that is not going to happen. With guidance from my therapist Jeff I finished my therapy yesterday and actually ran to my car in the rain today. He has me on a strength building plan we have been working on and he had now modified to continue my healing since we both have agreed it is time for me to branch out on my own to continue the strength my knee problem had.
