Ukraine and pro-Russian rebels have begun swapping prisoners as agreed during a negotiation in the capital of Belarus this week that failed to reach main deals. The swap began on Friday with the exchange of 30 captives from each side and would involve 225 separatist fighters and 150 Ukrainian troops by the time it is completed later in the day.
