On June 23rd 2007, I found a report on NUFORC and it sounds very much like what I saw and is why I've decided to come forth about my sighting.
But their sighting was seen on 05-28-2007 at 18:30 to 19:00 here in Portland, Oregon:

I tried to video tape this from inside my home while my camcorder was on the tripod.I could see this object in the East directly above the neighboring trees nearby. I started video taping around 7:45 pm. After a few tries I ran outside to have a closer look at this with my 10X50 binoculars. After observing it more closely for several minutes,(see drawing), I decided to try to tape this again. I grab the camcorder and ran back outside and started to video tape at 7:57 pm. It was VERY hard to find this in the camera viewer lens of my JVC 25X optical camcorder - and it was too small to pinpoint and focus on the objects.
The video overall is about 9 minutes. The last part of my video records a few frames of both objects at 8:15 pm just before they head NORTH against the wind. I gave up trying to record them and immediately checked the weather conditions and it confirmed to me that these were not balloons.
