It turns out, the woman he now adores is a yoga instructor. According to Phoenix, he got closer to the woman and eventually proposed after attempting a seemingly difficult position called ‘harnessing the hog’.

Phoenix said he didn’t have time to ask who the hog was before the instructor grabbed him and placed a strap around him.

While cameras were rolling Phoenix did his best to recreate the scene as he described it.

Phoenix has prior romantic ties to actress Liv Tyler and in recent days, he was reportedly dating a 20-year-old woman named Allie Teilz.

If everything works out for Phoenix and his new woman and they walk down the aisle, that will make it the actor’s first marriage. Both his personal and professional life seem to be moving in the right direction.

His next film is titled ‘Inherent Vice’ which is scheduled to hit theaters on January 9th. Phoenix plays a Los Angeles investigator who is responsible for looking into the disappearance of a former girlfriend.
