A collision involving a bear resulted in the deaths of three people. The incident occurred on Sunday evening, after a woman who was driving an SUV struck a bear at Big Cypress Seminole Reservation in the Florida Everglades.

The black bear weighed approximately 300 pounds. Three people inside of another vehicle pulled over to help the woman.

Right after they got out of the car, a third auto hit the SUV and ended up fatally striking the three Good Samaritans. Eight people were left injured resulting from the wreck.
