Ukrainian city of Pervomaysk comes under more artillery fire

There is still no ceasefire in Ukraine even though it was announced. There was shellfire in the city Pervomaysk, first may city, in the district Lugansk. Most of the 38.000 inhabitants already left the city. The destruction of houses is getting worse. The civilian population is suffering more and more, because winter temperatures are making all worse. Since months the city is under artillery fire. Not even Russian helps arrived in this city until now.
