To Make the Cranberry sauce
3 Cups Cranberries
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
1/2 tsp. Orange Zest
Squeeze of fresh orange juice
In a small saucepan, simmer the sugar and water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the cranberries, stir. simmer for 4-5 minutes until the cranberries start to pop. Simmer until slightly thickened (it will thicken more in the fridge.)
Turn off heat, and stir in zest and orange juice. Transfer to a bowl, and chill for at least 3 hours, up to 3 days.
THAT’S IT! IT’S SO EASY YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED FOR BUYING THIS SH*T.
