Uruguay's electoral court Tuesday officially ratified the Broad Front party's Tabare Vazquez as president-elect of the small, yet exemplary South American country. Vazquez says that he is already organizing his cabinet and will announce it in coming days. Vazquez won the largest victory in a second round runoff in Uruguay's history. His Socialist 'Broad Front' party also won a majority in both parliament and congress. teleSUR
