Two months have passed since the disappearance of the 43 Ayotzinapa Teacher Training College students. The new director of the semi-official National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) Luis Raul Gonzalez Perez said the country should reflect on whether a Truth Commission should be launched to investigate the case. Meanwhile, Senate president Luis Miguel Barbosa reported that President Enrique Peña Nieto will officially announce the formation of a commission to review the application of the rule of law and consider proposals to fight organized crime.
