The participation of a high-level US delegation led by Vice President Joe Biden to the 5th annual Global Entrepreneurship Summit (2014 Marrakesh GES) reflects the "excellence" of the long-standing relations between the United States and Morocco, former US Ambassador Edward Gabriel told MAP on Thursday in Marrakech on the sidelines of GES 2014
