The hostile exchange started over a sauce mix-up. Eric Promenchenkel had ordered a pizza and later realized that instead of getting white sauce, he got light sauce.

Promenchenkel reportedly called the restaurant twice, but a manager hung up on him both times. His mother decided to go to the store and talk to the staffer in person.

That’s when the confrontation occurred. The woman’s daughter was recording as she told the male she wanted to speak to the manager.

The man said that he was the manger and even confirmed he had hung up on them. The customer asked for his supervisor’s name and phone number but was informed she wasn’t going to get it.

She turned and spoke to patrons, warning them the man would get their order wrong. The manager directed a few curses at the woman before calling her a name and telling her to leave.

He was fired by the franchise owner. Domino’s Pizza has issued an apology for the incident.
