His wing has been torn away and replaced with mine.
She and I new this day would come.
She turns to me with tears in her eyes.
I wipe them away.
I tell her everything is fine.
I have her back now.
I can hold her in my arms once again.
I can hold her and love her.
Nobody will take her away.
Not again.
She has been broken to many times.
It's my turn to rebuild her.
To put her back together.
This is how it should be.
