A memorial service will be held in the Netherlands on Monday for victims of the MH-17 plane crash. It came down over Eastern Ukraine in July, killing 298 people - 193 of them were Dutch. But frustration is increasing among the relatives of the dead. The investigaton into who was responsible for the deaths of their loved ones, seems to be locked in a propaganda battle.
