Once he left me,
once he ofended me,
once he broke my heart,
and once I cried.

He tought me life's biggest lessons,
how to love and be loved,
how to stop regreting things I shouldn't,
and how to learn from my mistakes.

But I never knew,
never learned,
how to appreciate what he's done,
how to feel what he felt with me..
Untill that day...

A little kid came to my door,
he asked me to be his love,
I tried hard to say yes,
because in those eyes i saw nothing more than pain,
and then I realized what my first love felt,
once when I started acting childish.

I tried not to hurt the little boy,
but I couldn't do anything else,
my mind wouldn't think of a solution,
and that day came, when I said no.

Now my little boy is hurt,
he is going through everything I went through,
and now I am going through everything that person I once loved did.

What goes around comes back around,
in diferent way,
in a different time,
but it still does the same to the heart.
