If I could never love you, like I really should
Give you that kind of love, that I once could
So many excuses, I was not willing to try
All this wasted time and now I wonder why

Now that it is time to take another chance
As eachothers lives we do so much enhance
You said that I deserve, only the very best
And you will love me better, than all the rest

Love and trust though, is not a test to me
If it feels right, maybe we should just let it be
All we really need, is to treat eachother kind
In love completely, is the love I hope we find
