Who will rise and revolt?
Removing the screws and junk bolt,
This can be done with ease and resolve,
If we want to have standard and problem to solve,

Mutual rating is eroding the prestige,
It is attack from within and artificial siege,
Few more syndicates decide the scene,
Numbers remain static but not change number one,

Is that standard procedure we adopt?
Or we haven no option but to opt?
Few manage the show and reign,
Is this mere surrender or weakness sign?

I may not succeed and perish,
My work may suffer and carrier finish,
Take out the water and death for fish,
So is the system out to destroy the wish,

Let right thinking poets come forward,
Let not there may be trophy or reward,
Time may tell you are devoid of award,
Situation should prevail with new system on card,

Continuance of old system may do well too few,
No check on standard and room for review,
Decided by few with set design and view,
It is as good as getting job without interview,

All should raise banner with single voice,
Whoever is there must have more choice,
Not to restrict the field but open for genuine,
Will bring glory and blend and quality fine
