I’m not a wise man this I know
I too push my heavy load
I put my shoes on one at a time
And fail strength of mind sometimes
I too see the butterflies
The falling rain, the endless skies
I know all about all alone
As it walks with me in this life
If wisdom is coming hurry on
There is nothing worse than all alone
Nothing worse than the lonely
No one to go to or call home
The freezing rain falls too on me
The falling snow I too I see
The heavenly stars within the night
I too I sometimes ask them why
Why must I push this heavy load
Why must I walk along this road
Why must I walk on my own and so alone
If wisdom is coming hurry on.
