walking in an unkown ally,
hearing rocks jump, dumpster's being kicked
almost like a harmonic sound.
Thinking out loud for what to say
for being late.


Snapped out of thought to hear
quiet foot steps from behind
afraid to lose something dear
from my purse i swish it over
my head.


Lady in black materialized in front of me
saying 'Its your time, one who goes by rain'.
feeling my color drain from my lifeless face
looking brave rain says 'i'll go when i'm ready
so leave me the hell alone'. For a second looking dazed.


Feeling determined she walks away but
not knowing death is around teh corner. Hitching
a ride, driving with loud thunderous music
can no longer hear for the crash and
shattering glass sady in black comes to take me away.
